100% anonymous: plain brown box or envelope, no branding, and a neutral return address like "DS Distribution".

Will I need to sign for delivery?

No – all packages are left in your mailbox/porch unless you select "signed delivery" at checkout.

Do you ship to parcel lockers/PO boxes?

Yes! Royal Mail and DPD both deliver to CollectPlus points and Post Office branches.

What materials are used?

Medical-grade TPE silicone – phthalate-free, latex-free, and body-safe. Full materials list included with each order.

How do I clean/maintain it?

Wash with warm water and mild soap after each use. Store in included discreet pouch away from direct sunlight.
