• Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons
• All sales are final unless faulty/damaged

• Damaged Items: Email clear photos to returns@discreetsleeve.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery
• Wrong Items: Contact us within 7 days with order details
• We'll ship replacements free of charge once verified

💸 Refund Exceptions

• Undeliverable Packages: Full refund if returned to us
• Canceled Orders: Refund if canceled before shipping
